Just Economics is excited to invite you to be part of the rollout of On-Up, a dual certification partnership program with our national partner, Living Wage for US (LW4US). On-Up pairs our local and grassroots organizing capabilities with LW4US’ comprehensive data evaluation capabilities. Now, you will be able to recognize the value of employer-offered benefits and credit them towards the living wage payment for certification eligibility. Fulfillment of LW4US’ Living Wage Certification criteria will qualify your organization to be dual certified with LW4US and Just Economics.

Who is Dual Certification For?
Employers who offer benefits can have them precisely counted towards living wages.
Multi-geographic employers, including those beyond NC, can determine living wage amounts for employees in all U.S. counties.
Large employers can benefit from local and national certification recognition.
Employers seeking guidance on building to living wages can identify gaps and opportunities to create the best jobs for workers.
The workshop is intended to give you all of the information you need to consider, and ultimately pursue dual certification in 2024. It will cover the (1) methodology of LW4US’ holistic cost of living wage calculation, (2) use of the remuneration tool to calculate benefits offsets, and (3) the application process.
