From the start, they made the decision to be a living wage employer. Although the budget is fairly bare-bones, they make it a priority to include a living wage for all employees, from part time child-care workers, to the Minister of Music, and co-pastors. Their mission statement can be summed up like this: Live Justly. Love Abundantly. Walk Humbly. In an effort to live justly, they embrace the Living Wage certification process and urge other communities of faith to do the same.
